USA Network ordered two 90-minute pilots in an effort to boost its character-driven programming, Daily Variety reports. “White Collar,” produced by Fox TV, features a con man partnered with an FBI agent, while “Royal Pains” is about an unemployed doctor serving as a physician to the rich residents of the Hamptons, the newspaper says.
