Ex-“Sopranos” writer Terence Winter will pen Martin Scorsese’s new HBO series, Daily Variety reports. “Boardwalk Empire,” about Atlantic City’s development into a gambling center during the early 20th century, will be produced by Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson, the newspaper says.
