Conrad Riggs, Mark Burnett’s former partner on “Survivor,” is suing Burnett for $70 million in damages, the Los Angeles Times reports. Riggs claims that Burnett reneged on his long-standing agreement to pay Riggs and his company Cloudbreak Entertainment 10% of whatever profit Burnett earned, the newspaper says. Riggs’ lawsuit also claims that he is due 10% of the profits if Burnett should sell Mark Burnett Productions, the newspaper notes.
