“Hanging With Mr. Cooper” will join Ion Television’s lineup this summer, TVNewsday reports. The network will air back-to-back episodes of the ABC sitcom on weeknights from 5 to 6 p.m., the Web site says.

Interesting that Mr.Cooper is added to a short lived lineup for ION Television. Ion doesn’t keep shows very long. They have short hours of boradcast and do not appear to want to broadcast more than infomercials, during non-prime hours.
ION needs to wake up and take more shows to other hours, as stated on their old site’s forums and make afternoon and moring shows prevalent. Origfinal content isok, but that’s not enough to get viewers… especially when they watch prime time shows, other than a low grade signal, whoi formerly had “family values” issues with former owners, translating to “uncool.”
