JibJab Video Racks Up Views

Viral video makers JibJab’s latest parody, “Time for Some Campaignin’,” debuted July 16 to more than a million views in its first 24 hours on the Internet, MediaWeek reports. The majority of the views came from MSN Video, which signed an ad sales and distribution partnership with JibJab in 2005, the newspaper says. The video was viewed nearly 870,000 times in its first day on the site, where it featured a pre-roll ad for the Gillette Venus Embrace razor; on YouTube, the clip featured an overlay ad for Bank of America, the newspaper notes.
