The Big Ten Network is expanding the roster of cable operators who carry the channel, adding Mediacom Communications and Cox Communications, TelevisionWeek reports. Earlier this week Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications announced distribution deals with the year-old network. Comcast set the pattern for the cable industry when it signed on in June, TVWeek says.
