Olympic superstar Michel Phelps is continuing his post-Beijing media frenzy by acting as presenter at the MTV Video Music Awards, the Associated Press reports. Earlier this week NBC announced Phelps would host the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live.” He also has a cameo on HBO’s “Entourage.” The VMAs will broadcast live from Los Angeles on Sept. 7 on MTV.
