The premiere of Disney Channel’s made-for-TV movie “The Cheetah Girls: One World” Saturday evening pulled in an estimated 6.2 million viewers, Multichannel News reports. Despite going up against coverage of the Beijing Olympics, “One World” was the No. 1 prime-time telecast among kids and Tweens. After Saturday’s premiere, the Disney Channel is now home to this summer’s top two movies. “The Cheetah Girls: One World” is second only to “Camp Rock.”
