Oxygen’s “The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency” saw its best premiere ratings ever, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The show saw a 109% jump from last year among women 18-49. The success of the series’ fourth-season premiere is being attributed to the marketing power of NBC Universal, which acquired the network last fall.
