Percy Miller, a.k.a. hip-hop entrepreneur Master P, is prepping the launch of a new cable network aimed at African-American viewers, the Hollywood Reporter says. The channel, Better Black Television, is looking to debut in 2009 with a lineup of positive, family-friendly programming. Miller has recruited an advisory board that includes actor Denzel Washington, in addition to other entertainment and media figures, the trade paper says.
