U.K. Remains Leader in Exporting Formats

The United Kingdom continues to lead the world in number of exported formats, says the Hollywood Reporter. The U.K. remains in the top spot since the last time producers body PACT conducted the survey, five years ago, to measure the number of exported formats. The U.K.’s success has a lot to do with the American market’s appetite for shows such as “Cash Cab,” “What Not to Wear” and “10 Years Younger,” which all began on the other side of the pond.
