Disney Site Winning Kid Net War

It’s been almost a year since kids networks Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel launched online initiatives to win the coveted, computer-savvy youth audience. The battle is still raging, apparently, but with the Disney Channel showing a slight lead over its Viacom-owned competitor, Business Week reports. Disney saw its August traffic rise by 9.6%, totaling 32.3 million unique users to its site. Nickelodeon came in second with 28 million unique users, according to comScore Media Metrix.
