Financial journalists are facing a new dilemma with the increased attention on the economy and their growing audiences because of the complex nature of the credit crisis and the potential bailout of lenders, the New York Times reports. CNBC’s Jim Cramer, for example, now has to focus more on making finance news more accessible by non-Wall Street types who have become interested in the latest on economic conditions, the newspaper says.
