MTV has teamed up with computer company Hewlett-Packard for the short-from reality series “Engine Room,” the New York Times reports. The show, which debuts Monday on MTV and mtvU as well as the Web, features 16 contestants in four teams as they work on different digital art projects using H-P gear for a shot at $400,000 and the chance to program MTV’s digital screen in Times Square for one night.
