National Geographic Channel will integrate sponsorships from Geico and Toyota into some of its programs, TelevisionWeek reports. Geico will sponsor vignettes featuring herpetologist Brady Barr tracking the insurance company’s reptilian mascot, while Toyota will become a sponsor of “The Dog Whisperer” to push a new vehicle that’s canine friendly, TVWeek says.
