Wilmington, N.C. has officially made the transition from analog to digital as of noon today, TVNewsday reports. FCC Chairman Kevin Martin and Mayor Bill Saffo were on hand to flip the ceremonial eight-foot-high light-switch prop. A NAB survey found 97% of Wilmington residents were aware of today’s transition.
