MSNBC and anchor Keith Olbermann were slammed during a media event titled “Hollywood, America and Election ’08,” the Hollywood Reporter says. The news network and the newsman were taken to task because of their left-leaning election coverage and personal attacks on VP candidate Sarah Palin. “We should stop the demonizing,” said writer-producer Linda Bloodworth-Thomason. “It diminishes us.” Democrats weren’t the only political party at the event. Fox News Channel pollster Frank Luntz and actress Patricia Heaton, both Republicans, attended.
