In Demand, a company owned by several major cable companies, says it will shut down its high definition service Mojo HD, TelevisionWeek reports. Mojo was intended to bring high-def programming to cable subscribers, but now that many channels have begun providing HD content In Demand has “chosen to discontinue the service,” the company said in a statement. The move will affect some 10 million pay TV subscribers.
