Starcom Reworks GM Account

Tough economic times in the auto industry have led to Publicis’ Starcom MediaVest Group reorganizing its $2 billion account with GM, AdWeek reports. Starcom employees will feel the pinch as about 150 who work for the company, most of them on the local dealer side and totaling about 5% to 10% of the staff, are to be let go in order to help GM’s cost-reduction efforts, AdWeek says.
