Hulu is taking major strides to increase its HD presence and will begin its “Hulu for the Holidays” initiative to add more 720p high-definition videos to the site through the holiday season, Broadcasting & Cable reports. More movies, TV shows and clips in HD will appear through Dec. 26, kicking off with NBC shows, including “Heroes” and “The Office,” and Joss Whedon’s “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog,” the trade says.
