A&E has renewed “Intervention” for a sixth season, Daily Variety reports. The show is the cable network’s top-rated series, last season averaging 2 million total viewers, up 33% from the previous season. The show’s positive feedback led A&E to launch its Recovery Project nonprofit initiative to increase awareness about addiction and recovery issues.
