Nielsen reports the adoption of digital television by Hispanic households is falling behind the rate of other households, according to Multichannel News. Nielsen says 12.4% of Hispanic households are “completely unready” for the February DTV switchover, compared with 6.7% of non-Hispanic households. That rate has remained unchanged from the October survey, says Multichannel.
