MLB Network, the baseball-centric channel debuting Jan. 1, will have Sports Illustrated writers Tom Verducci and Jon Heyman as part of its reporting staff, Multichannel News says. Verducci and Heyman will join ex-big leaguers Barry Larkin, Al Leiter and Harold Reynolds on the network’s on-camera staff, according to the publication.
