Marc B. Nathanson stepped down from his position on the board of directors of Charter Communications effective Dec. 1, the company said in a press release. Nathanson served as vice chairman for more than eight years and has stepped down in order to pursue other business and personal interests, Charter said. The company will seek find a replacement for his position at the moment, the release states.
