Former CBS News anchorman Dan Rather tells the Columbia Journalism Review he’s “never been happier or more satisfied” than he is now working on HDNet’s “Dan Rather Reports.” Rather is suing CBS for $70 million, and says a Hollywood producer is thinking about making a movie about the case. “You know, there have already been two recent movies about the inner workings of CBS,” he tells the magazine. “They both got nominated for an Oscar, and one made $70 million.”
