A jury ruled that Turner Broadcasting System reneged on a deal to sell the Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Thrashers, and awarded the jilted buyer damages of $281 million, Bloomberg reports. The buyer, David McDavid, had sought $450 million from the Time Warner unit.
