Video advertising network BrightRoll said that the average price of a pre-roll video ad dropped 25% last quarter compared to the year before, MediaPost reports. The price was also down 12.5% from the quarter before, the site ads. BrightRoll has not disclosed the average value of pre-roll ads in CPMs due to business reasons, though the average CPM rate is estimated at $20-25, MediaPost says.
