The FCC is investigating Comcast’s phone service and whether the cable operator is giving preferential treatment to its own service at the expense of competitors’ services, the Associated Press reports. The FCC asked Comcast to justify the different treatment and gave the company until Jan. 30 to respond. Comcast said it’s reviewing the letter, the news agency reported.
