The fast growth of Internet video is cutting into DVD sales and may be starting to detach younger viewers from cable TV, the Wall Street Journal reports. “We are starting to see the beginnings of cord cutting where people, particularly young people, are saying, ‘All I need is broadband. I don’t need video,'” said Glenn Britt, CEO of Time Warner Cable.
