Painter Thomas Kinkade has signed on with the Creative Artists Agency to pursue opportunities in television, film and the Internet, the Hollywood Reporter says. Mr. Kinkade, whose art and merchandise has generated $4 billion in sales, last year made his first foray into film with Lionsgate’s direct-to-DVD title “Thomas Kinkade’s Christmas Cottage,” the newspaper reports.
