The first season of the “Star Trek” television series, which debuted in 1966, will be released on Blu-ray in April by Paramount in conjunction with the release of the newest “Star Trek” movie, the Hollywood Reporter says. Paramount will release the seven-disc set April 28 and will unveil two Blu-ray box sets of the “Star Trek” films two weeks later, the newspaper reports.
