Lionsgate Vice Chairman Michael Burns said the company would consider bringing in a financial or strategic partner for TV Guide Network, which the studio recently acquired, the Hollywood Reporter says. Mr. Burns also said premium television service Epix, Lionsgate’s joint venture with MGM and Viacom, will have “significant carriage deals” in place as much as six months before the service’s October debut, the newspaper reports.
