Dan Brenner, who has been legal counsel for the National Cable and Telecommunications Association, will leave the group to join Washington, D.C., law firm Hogan & Hartson, Multichannel News reports. Mr. Brenner helped the NCTA gain legal victories such as getting the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold the Federal Communications Commission’s classification of cable broadband as an interstate information service, Multichannel News says.
