Charlie Ergen is facing perhaps his greatest challenge: how to turn around No. 2 satellite TV provider Dish Network, Multichannel News reports. Ergen said on a March 2 conference call that one of the company’s mistakes was making its product “too complex,” the trade paper says. Now the company is focusing on customer service and a $9.99 six-month introductory offer, the publication says.
