FCC Reform Seen Unlikely

It seems unlikely that the FCC will undergo a major reform, although acting chairman Michael Copps has created a more collegial atmosphere and made changes such as beginning weekly meetings with bureau chiefs, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The toned-down approach comes after there had been discussions about larger reforms, the publication says.
