Melissa Leo, who earned an Oscar nomination for her role in “Frozen River,”
has been tapped for a role in David Simon’s HBO pilot “Treme,” Daily Variety
reports. She’ll play a civil rights lawyer in a show that’s set in
post-Katrina New Orleans, the publication says.
