Successful Agency Mergers Appear Rare

While contemplating the possible merger of William Morris and Endeavor, it’s useful to remember that the history of agency merger discussions offers more failures than successes, Daily Variety reports. Possible mergers that didn’t happen include Endeavor and UTA, an earlier set of talks between William Morris and Endeavor and discussions between UTA and CAA, the trade paper says.
