AOL Deal Leaves TW With Bad Choices

One of the worst deals in history, AOL’s combination with Time Warner, has left a succession of businessmen trying to solve the problem of what to do with AOL, the New York Times’ DealBook says. It has come down to two choices and Time Warner’s CEO Jeff Bewkes has indicated a spinoff is likely, DealBook says, partly because no one would buy it.
