Looking for new ways to market themselves, job seekers in New England are pitching themselves on TV, New England Cable News reports. The most popular feature of “The New England Job Show,” which airs on public access channels in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is the “elevator pitch,” essentially a brief commercial about ones self that potential employers can see and other job seekers can comment on, NECN says. Other segments concern dressing for success, and getting your financials in order.
