NY1 News anchor Pat Kiernan, who does the morning “In the Papers” segment on the cable channel, is starting a national version online, the New York Times says. PatsPapers.com is designed to “cut through the clutter,” Kiernan tells the paper, and will be put together during downtime in his shift.
