Spike in League of Its Own

Spike TV is able to integrate advertisers into its male-oriented sports-related programming because it’s not beholden to any of the professional sports leagues, Advertising Age says. Miller Lite, Reebok and Popeye’s are among the sponsors of Spike’s upcoming series “Fourth & Long, in which football hopefuls compete for a spot at Dallas Cowboys training camp, the trade magazine says.
