TW Clears Way for AOL Divestiture

Time Warner persuaded its bondholders to remove restrictions and allow the company to sell or spin off AOL, Reuters says. Time Warner will pay the bondholders about $61.5 million in order to free itself from the Internet company, which has weighed down the media company since they merged.
