No Recession for ‘Real Housewives’

As Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise gets ready to take on New Jersey next week, the chronicle of conspicuous consumption shows no signs of being slowed by the economy, the New York Times reports. “I know more really, really smart people who watch these shows who are like, ‘I’m embarrassed to admit it,’” Bravo senior VP Andy Cohen tells the paper.
