Dish Says It’s Paying Too Much For Some ESPN Channels, Sues for $1 Million

Dish Network has filed a breach of contract suit against Walt Disney Co’s. ESPN, asking for $1 million in damages, reports Joe Flint on the Los Angeles Times’ Company Town blog.

Dish says ESPN gave better financial deals to Comcast and DirecTV to carry ESPN Classic and ESPNU, in violation of ESPN’s deal with Dish, according to the report.
