Time Warner Cable Signs Seven Companies For Its Own Internet TV Test

Time Warner Cable signed up at least seven partners for a test offering TV programs via the Internet to paid subscribers, says the Wall Street Journal, via Reuters.

Participating networks are expected to include Syfy, TNT, AMC and BBC America.

Comcast Corp has signed up CBS and 17 cable networks for its own similar test.
