VH1 has taken "Megan Wants a Millionaire" off its schedule and has made it clear that it really has little to do with the show other than put it on its network, according to TV columnist Lisa de Moraes in the Washington Post.

The case involves the murder of model Jasmine Fiore. Police have said they want to talk to Ryan Jenkins, a contestant on the show, about the death.

VH1 issued a statement that said, in part, according to the Post, "Ryan Jenkins was a contestant on ‘Megan Wants a Millionaire’ — an outside production, produced and owned by 51 Minds, that is licensed to VH1.
