Huffington Post founder and political pundit Arianna Huffington is going to give TV producing a try: ABC gave a script commitment to a multicamera comedy she is working on with Greg Malins, executive producer of “How I Met Your Mother,” The Hollywood Reporter says.

Malins will write the script for the show about three freshman members of Congress who room together when they go to D.C. Real-life Washington characters will be the inspiration.

Malins, Huffington and Roy Sekoff, the founding editor of the Huffington Post, will executive produce.
