MSNBC, Fox News Offering Platform for Potential Future Candidates

Television news and politics has always been a revolving door, but it’s spinning even more these days, The New York Times reports.

Fox News’ paid political analysts currently include Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Newt Gingrich, all of whom are thought to be potential Republican presidential candidates. MSNBC had Harold Ford Jr., now a potential Democratic Senate candidate in New York, on its payroll until recently. CNBC’s Larry Kudlow is currently the focus of a movement to draft him to run for Senate, as well.

Critics complain that the networks are giving free exposure to potential candidates, giving them an unfair advantage with the voters, and that the networks are opening themselves up to possible conflicts of interest.

  2. The celebrities of TLC’s new-found show “Sister Wives” at this time being looked into by Utah authorities for potential felony bigamy, Kody Brown, along with his four wives expanding publicity on the TLC show began to get the attention and suspicion with the police, truth be told, authorities apparently started looking into the Brown family just before their showcase even premiered last Sunday.
