Fox has ordered a reality show pilot called "Panic Attack," in which contestants are made to face their biggest fears, reports The Hollywood Reporter

The show, from "Hell’s Kitchen" producer A. Smith & Co., will employ the married therapists Nik and Eva Speakman to help people deal with phobias ranging from heights to snakes. Each episode will feature five people dealing with the same fear who are brought together to work through their problem.

The pilot is another example, like TNT’s pilot "The Great Escape," of reality programming returning to the adrenalin-based themes which were a focus of the genre’s earlier years.
