Just a day after news broke about a Tina Fey project in the works at NBC, another comedy effort from the "Saturday Night Live" alumna is making headlines.
A network bidding war has erupted over a new project from Fey and Matt Hubbard, which is described as a comedy set at a former all-girls college, reports The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed.
NBC, Fox and other networks are interested in the project, which will look at what happens when the college starts admitting men, the piece adds.
Fey and Hubbard will executive produce under Fey’s four-year overall deal with Universal Television, although she doesn’t have plans to act in the show.
Like the NBC project, the new one comes from Fey’s company Little Stranger.
